TERRESTRIAL FORUM
The Terrestrial Forum is a biannual program we launched in 2021, envisioned as a space for education and exchange among people from various fields of social engagement. The core thematic framework of the Forum is Horizons of Change—a space for reflecting on and discussing practical policies for the kind of society we wish to live in. A deep desire for change is what drives us to imagine progressive policies, institutional practices, and struggles for a more just society.
The goal of the Terrestrial Forum is to support the connection and collaboration of actors from different disciplines and fields of work.
We aim to create a space for learning about current narratives in the field of social transformation, and for sharing experiences and insights related to practical policies and ongoing struggles—through lectures, conversations, presentations of initiatives, workshops, and film screenings.
So far, we have organized two editions of the Forum: the first in XNUMX in Sremski Karlovci, and the second in XNUMX in Požega. The main modules of the first Forum focused on affordable housing, democratization of public services and management of public resources, and a just energy transition. The XNUMX Forum centered around urban economy, deliberative democracy in practice, and a just energy transition.
