Our goal is to contribute to the development of democratic and just urban environments, through socially responsible policies and community empowerment. We provide support to institutions, local self-government units, international and domestic organizations, associations and civic initiatives in the realization of socially responsible and sustainable projects, both in terms of programming and organization. In this regard, we offer a wide range of consulting services, based on many years of experience and expertise. 

URBAN DEVELOPMENT

Our work includes mentoring and training, analysis and research, as well as defining guidelines, policy proposals and recommendations in the field of urban development, with special emphasis on:

  • Participatory urban planning - We develop guidelines and policy proposals for participatory planning that actively involve citizens in the decision-making processes of urban development. We have rich experience in measuring participation in the development of urban plans and projects, as well as in developing recommendations for improving public participation. 
  • Green infrastructure - We develop guidelines and analyzes for the improvement of green infrastructure, with the aim of improving the quality of life and adapting to climate challenges in urban areas. 
  • Deliberative democracy - We help in the organization and conception of civil assemblies, providing both thematic and methodological support for strengthening democratic participation and open dialogue.
  • Housing - We work to develop fair housing policies that promote housing affordability for all. Our approach includes recommendations and analyzes that address the specific housing security and affordability needs of local communities.
  • Activation of public spaces - We define guidelines for the revitalization of public spaces, creating functional and inclusive spaces that encourage social interaction and togetherness. Our proposals are developed in collaboration with local and international partners, and are adapted to the needs of the community.

Some of the past partnerships include GIZ - German Organization for International Cooperation, Standing Conference of Cities and Municipalities (SKGO), National Coalition for Decentralization (NKD), Regulatory Institute for Renewable Energy and Environment (RERI), Belgrade Center for Human Rights, and many others. 

ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND COMMUNICATION STRATEGIES

We provide services that strengthen the internal capacities of organizations in the field of strategic planning and project management, as well as communication and influence:

  • Project management and financial planning - We provide support in the organization and management of projects, including the development of financial strategies for the efficient use of resources, and solutions are adapted to the specific goals and needs of partners.
  • Legal and administrative management - We help organizations to establish legally and administratively harmonized structures that enable transparent business and stability, supporting their steady development and growth.
  • Development of communication strategy through:
      • Basics of communication on social networks - We help develop strategies for audience engagement and creating engaging content.
      • Targeted advertising - We advise on advertising tactics aimed at specific target groups for successful campaigns with optimal budgets.
      • Communication with the media - We advise on communicating with the media, developing communication plans and writing press releases.
