SERBIAN-CHINESE INDUSTRIAL PARK,
EARLY PUBLIC INSPECTION: OBSERVATIONS
The Early Public Inspection is in progress regarding the preparation of the Spatial Plan of the Special Purpose Area for the implementation of the "Serbian-Chinese Industrial Park Mihajlo Pupin" project.
The construction of industrial complexes on the surface of 480 hectares of agricultural land on the left bank of the Danube is planned. The holder of the draft is the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure, and the plan itself has been declared a plan of national interest. What is disputed is that it does not coincide with other planning documents, strategies and general development directions of the city.
Early public review lasts until July 7, which is also the deadline for submission of objections. We remind you that during the early public inspection, citizens can look at the Elaborate for the purposes of developing the plan, where they can submit objections to it, to which they do not receive an answer. This is followed by the preparation of the Draft Plan and public inspection with a public discussion.
