SERBIAN-CHINESE INDUSTRIAL PARK: REMARKS

The #publicview of the draft PP of the special purpose area for the implementation of the "Serbian-Chinese Industrial Park Mihajlo Pupin" project is underway.

The early public inspection for this plan was carried out last year, when we wrote objections to non-compliance with the guidelines of planning and strategic documents of the city and Serbia. We did not receive answers to the objections, and the documentation base for public inspection, where the answers to our objections should be found, has not been published. However, looking at the plan, it is clear that our objections were not taken into consideration and that the urbanization of the left bank of the Danube with economic and commercial activities is not being abandoned. The plan envisages the construction of facilities for these purposes on an area of about 250 hectares, at the expense of agricultural land.

Since there is no shortage of irregularities even in the Draft Plan, we have compiled objections that you can download and send in your name, concluding with January 19, 5.

Although it seems that the city and state administration do not want us to participate, it is the right of all citizens, and we encourage you to read and download the comments we have compiled and mail them on your behalf to:

Important: there is no criterion for the "expertise" of objections and the planning commission must consider each one as equally important because even when they are not "expert" and do not refer to laws, regulations, etc. they represent the attitude of citizens and are therefore valid and significant for urban planning. Therefore, do not hesitate to write honestly what you think in your own words.
